Each purchaser (Licensee) of these icon collections (Artwork) is bound by the following terms of sale:

1. Joe VanDerBos Illustration (Licensor) grants the Licensee non-exclusive right to use the Artwork in print and on the WWW, except as follows:

3. Artwork may not be redistributed. Artwork may not be used by any person or company other than the initial Licensee.

4.Licensee may not sell or transfer their limited rights in the Artwork to another person or company.

5.Licensee may not create derivative works for sale or export.

6. Artwork may not be made available online in any downloadable format.

7. Artwork does not infringe on any known copyrights, to the best of Licensor's knowledge.

8. Use of the Artwork constitues Licensee's agreement with the terms of this license.

9. The Artwork is the property of Joe VanDerBos, and is protected by U.S. copyright law and international laws.

10. Licensee may install the Artwork on up to two computers. If additional installations are necessary, please contact info-at-vanderfont for additional site licenses.

11. No warranties or guarantees about the Artwork. Licensor makes no warranties or guarantees about the Artwork, or the software which carries it, it's quality, originality, performance, or suitability. Licensee assumes all liability for use of the Artwork.

12. If you are not fully satisfied with the Artwork, refund of the purchase price will gladly be made within 14 days of purchase.

13. Credit should be given as "vanderfont.com" near the Artwork when possible.

14. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
